Thank you for +8000 Pageviews and +100 watchers!
Well I don't know where to begin to describe how happy I am for so many visits , for all my watchers , for all your comments , for adding my work to your favorites , for gifts , for the tips , and for the friendship of many of you . I must say that many of you are incredibly artistic and talented, I have astonished at the work of you and I am very happy that you like what I do .
I had planned to do a raffle to celebrate and to thank my first 100 watchers , but I don't like to have watchers in exchange for a few points , or an exclusive gift (not to say I don't have enough points for the raffle, or a gift to give ), plus I would like more people to win something, instead of just 2 or 3 winners .
So I thought I would share with you the most valuable thing I have (no, these aren't my "treasures" of paperfigures, sorry ) rather than that, the most important thing to make and give life to these papercrafts/paperfigures: TOOLS!
Mayushii: ~ But Spidey, everyone knows the basic tools for papercraft ~
Melissa Scarlett: ~ In addition, these aren't anything special ~
Spidey: I know, but it is worth making a reminder .
Also many are unaware that they have these tools at hand, and sometimes it's not necessary to buy expensive tools to make papercraft (or any other art) .
Let's take a quick look at the tools that we have collected through the years to make papercraft.
Have any of you considered to these last as the most indispensable tools? Just Think about it... Perhaps for many it's not important these latest tools or go unnoticed, but as we use objects as tools, these senses we must also learn to use them:bademoticon: For example, most people think would never make papercraft because they have no patience for this... wrong! Nobody is born with patience, this is something that we developed over the years .
~ Wait a minute Spidey!!!... Where is item 0.1!? Remember... five point one? ~
Right! What do you think is "THE" most important tool of all? ~ Even more important than the x-acto!? I don't know... glue? ~
The most important tool of all (and even if you got this far, you used it to decipher all this chatter )
THE BRAIN! I don't think anyone can do anything without a brain. It's the most efficient supercomputer that exists (at least so far...), the tool that helps us decipher the assembly of a model, which learns to use all the tools mentioned above, which makes astronomical mathematical calculations, which learns from experience and mistakes, which saves a huge amount of data , memories and ideas , but more importantly (and I think this has not succeeded neither the best piece of hardware existing in this world) that can IMAGINE infinite possibilities .
So, if after reading this little journal, you suffered a huge headache , congratulations, now you improved your most important tool :bademoticon:. And if it didn't hurt you , congratulations, you possess an exceptional tool!
What other tools you know or used to make papercraft or another type of art?
Keep papercrafting ... and that your blades *coff-coff... brains * never lose its sharpness!

Also many are unaware that they have these tools at hand, and sometimes it's not necessary to buy expensive tools to make papercraft (or any other art) .
Let's take a quick look at the tools that we have collected through the years to make papercraft.
- [Labelmaker tool] (Pencil and rubber ): Who hasn't ever used? And how many times have we regretted for not having one at hand? Purpose: To list the parts, marking alignment of pieces, or for labeling pieces ~ believe in us, you don't want to waste a lot of time identifying disordered pieces ~
- [Handle tool for separating cellulose tree] (Scissors ): Large for fast cuts, small and curved for precision cutting ~ these latest are very useful when it comes to very small pieces ~
- [Molecular splitter tool] (Cutter and/or X-acto): Cutter for rough and quick cuts, X-acto to cut most of the parts of the template ~ Caution! the x-acto is very sharp and can easily leave a small scar on the hand or leg ... not that it happened to Spidey eh? ~
- [Guide for folds or straight cuts tool] (A small ruler or gioser): To make straight lines ~ obviously rule is not here ~
- [Glue application System] (Syringe with glue ): This is one of the most useful tools, serves as glue dispenser as a toothpick, which helps spread the glue . Also helps the glue doesn't dry and applied it with a little more accuracy.~ Just need to put a small wire into the needle when not in use, so it doesn't obstruct ~
- [Immobilizer tabs tool] (various tweezers ): Different ends and shapes for different shapes of paper, or where fingers can not reach. ~ Essential for the reduced size models ~
- [Pre-formed parts tool] (Rollers and tips ): To pre-form different sizes of cylinders and also to stick places where fingers can not reach ~ Pre-forming the pieces is very important to make it easy to paste them. Although it also can be used to scratch our backs on those unreachable places ~.
- [Outlined for folds tool] (Point needle or a pen without ink ): This tool is used to mark the fold lines and remove the excess glue when overflows between the joints of the paper, ~ is preferable in instead of using the fingers, because fingers may stain the pieces ~
- [Micro drilling tool] (Point of a pin ): To pierce points, or to preform cylindrical pieces or micro pyramids ~ also serves to make you scream like crazy if you drop it in one foot ~
- [Fixation tool for the damn pieces that don't want to remain in place *puff*] (cyanoacrylate or super glue ): For gluing those stubborn pieces that no longer remain still, or for hardening parts too ~ So good that this can leave your fingers immobilized on paper :bademoticon: ~
- [Cleaning System] (Rag *preferably clean * :bademoticon: ): Is it necessary to explain? Cleaning... rag... fingers... dirtiness.
- [White lines Removal Tool] (watercolor pencils or acrylic paint ): Damn white lines! the nightmare of any papercrafter! Can be solved by painting the edges of the paper, before assembling parts. ~ You do NOT need the color is identical to the template, just very similar, to cover those white lines due to paper thickness ~
- [Little assistants to do the work for you] (Mayuri Shiina and Melissa Scarlett): My Lucky 13! Who hasn't marveled with models that have built these two girls? . They aren't an indispensable tool, ~ that's what you think Spidey ~ but they help entertaining the advances , and to clear mi mind when I spend hours assembling.
- If you got this far , congratulations, now you will learn the true secret to making an incredible papercraft . [THE MOST HIGH TECHNOLOGY 5.1 SYSTEM] (One 5.1 system ): Noooo, isn't the 5.1 system you imagine . Is rather an reminder of some most amazing tools that we have and we know since we were born, can you guess?... Right! The 5 senses (Sight, touch, hearing, smell, and taste) ~ I hope you have guessed ~
- [Touch ] Few great tools we have as hands. The hands represent the ABILITY, we all born with little skill no doubt, but the more experience we have, the more we improve our skill . These hands learn to handle all the above tools ~ They are very useful as sensors for temperature, pressure, humidity, textures... they are also very useful as tweezers ~
- [Sight] The eyes represent the OBSERVATION, observe to understand, learn to observe how you can make things easier. Certainly our eyes can help us a lot to observe our mistakes so we can eliminate or reduce them .
- [Hearing ] The ear represents LISTENING and being open to suggestions and criticisms . No one can grow by itself, you need a different point of view, not to stall and fail to advance.
- [Smell] Etto... no, don't to smell varnish or glue . Smell represents PATIENCE , a good deep breath helps us to clear our heads always in those moments of despair when we are about to turn our work into a huge ball of paper .
- [Taste ] Is not umm... to taste glue *yommy*. The taste represents EXPRESS our opinion, to ask for help or advice , there's no learning if we don't express our doubts, or don't share our knowledge.
Have any of you considered to these last as the most indispensable tools? Just Think about it... Perhaps for many it's not important these latest tools or go unnoticed, but as we use objects as tools, these senses we must also learn to use them:bademoticon: For example, most people think would never make papercraft because they have no patience for this... wrong! Hello there!
Well, there's not much to tell since my last disappearance , I've been in treatment due to health problems but little by little I'm recovering, so don't worry there is Spidey for a while . Apart from that there's a project that I have pending to show, only that I've not taken the photos yet and as always I'll have to navigate through the endless pile of notif

Hi there!
Here we're again with a new year fresh out of the oven
What are your plans for this new year? (If you have any ;P) Mine none , I just hope I can make papercraft as long as possible =D
What can I say, my year has started a little busy I haven't been able to do anything productive at the end of the year and now there's a lot of work to do :faint:, luckily
